GenX works closely with many of the North Shore's builders and contractors to incorporate backup generators into the plans of newly built homes. This is the ideal time to install a system because the electrical drawings make it easy to locate all of the critical items in the home and these circuits can be installed right into an emergency panel, rather than moving the circuits later on.

ATTENTION BUILDERS:
We can work with you! We can supply the emergency panel to the 'house' electrician for installation next to the main electric panel. He can then connect the circuits himself, reducing our time onsite and decreasing the cost of the generator installation.
If the 'house' plumber installs the gas line to the generator location, this will also reduce installation costs.
