Your backup generator will provide many years of reliable service if properly cared for. We offer several maintenance program options and our service and maintenance software ensures that we don’t miss any appointments. We maintain records of your service history, through the use of customized applications designed and written in-house.

Our service technicians are factory-certified to perform maintenance, warranty work, and repairs on your specific equipment. Our service vehicles are stocked with necessary parts and tools, and whenever a technician is dispatched on a call, he has with him the equipment model information, service history dating back to installation, technical manuals, all correspondence and communications between the customer and Gen-X, and our office is in constant contact with each person at each job site.
