For a typical residential installation, our install team consists of 3 to 4 workers - two electricians, a gas pipe installer and a helper. Before leaving, the lead installer goes over the entire installation plans and site photos with the crew, to ensure that everyone is prepared, and all materials and tools are available. The crew arrives at roughly 8am, and gets right to work. These steps help our team to complete virtually every installation in one day - we know your time is valuable too.

We install your new back-up generator in a convenient, clean and straight forward process. Once the installation is complete, the lead installer will go over the entire system with you to make sure you have no further questions. Once the paperwork on the installation is processed at our office, your warranty is activated with the manufacturer.

Lastly, we present some preventive maintenance options for your generator, to keep the whole back-up power system running smoothly and dependably, ensuring a long service life.

Your back-up generator will provide many years of reliable service if properly cared for. We offer several scheduled routine maintenance plans, and our service and maintenance software ensures that we don't miss any appointments. We maintain records of your service history, through the use of customized applications designed and written in-house.

Our service technicians are factory certified to perform maintenance, warranty work and repairs on your specific equipment.
