All material is guaranteed to be as specified on the proposal. All work is to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard industry practices. All agreements are contingent upon strikes, accidents, or delays beyond our control. Residential homeowners are required to carry homeowners insurance. Commercial business owners are required to carry property insurance. Our workers are fully covered by workers’ compensation insurance.

Service Department Clarification

SERVICE and/or WARRANTY costs are not covered under any of our Maintenance Agreements.

A description is provided:

Maintenance

Parts, labor, and travel expenses for work performed on a scheduled preventative basis to inspect and maintain the operation of a generator system.

Service

Any parts, labor, or travel expenses that are required at the time of a scheduled MAINTENANCE or otherwise, but are not part of the Preventative Maintenance Program Description will be considered SERVICE and will be brought to the attention of the customer if they are available for consultation. Any SERVICE required over that amount must be approved by the customer before the work will be done. Such non-preventative and/or non-scheduled SERVICE will be subject to GenX current rates for parts and labor.

Note: Any cost for labor, parts or travel expenses that are not covered under the manufacturer’s WARRANTY and that are not covered under the MAINTENANCE agreement is considered SERVICE.
